Some retirees make a radical decision and start a new life in Southeast Asia. Thailand attracts with luxury homes at bargain prices and its tropical climate. Since 2011 author Wolfgang Luck accompanied some German pensioners over and over again with the camera in their daily lives. What has happened since the second part of his documentary series about the „Thailand Granny“ and their peers shows the third part of the documentary „Oma lebt in Thailand“ („Grandma lives in Thailand“).
